At 2Ten, I recently found myself navigating a mixed bag of experiences. The spacious room, complete with a comfortable bed and a balcony, offered a sense of space and relaxation that was appreciated. My time began to tarnish due to service lapses, notably during breakfast. The limited, cold options prompted me to skip it the second day—something no traveler wants to do, especially when away from home. While the welcoming staff did their best, I encountered a particularly rude receptionist that dampened my enthusiasm. I can happily report the manager made an effort to mend things with a complimentary bottle of wine, but that initial encounter left a mark. In terms of amenities, 2Ten has potential—flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, and free toiletries are standard. There's also a convenient bar/lounge area for unwinding. It’s worth considering that nearby accommodations like Venice Lodge may provide a better value overall. In all, while 2Ten has its luxuries, my experience prompts a discussion on whether the financial commitment equates to the overall satisfaction. For eco-conscious travelers like myself, weighing options is key.
