My time began to tarnish due to service lapses, notably during breakfast. The limited, cold options prompted me to skip it the second day-something no traveler wants to do, especially when away from home. While the welcoming staff did their best, I encountered a particularly rude receptionist that dampened my enthusiasm. I can happily report the manager made an effort to mend things with a complimentary bottle of wine, but that initial encounter left a mark. In terms of amenities, 2Ten has potential-flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, and free toiletries are standard. There's also a convenient bar/lounge area for unwinding. It's worth considering that nearby accommodations like Venice Lodge may provide a better value overall. In all, while 2Ten has its luxuries, my experience prompts a discussion on whether the financial commitment equates to the overall satisfaction. For eco-conscious travelers like myself, weighing options is key.
